Totally agree. And if you dare to mention the great lph and quality you provide they are too busy being shocked at your poor schedule keeping because you dared take a lunch they don't hear you. They start screaming over the phone. Worst then...you dare to mention you are an IC and they don't take taxes out... well they go so off the wall they pretty much push contract termination in your face all for 250.00 a week. Kind of sick IMHO. At the very least twisted.
