Maybe they are supposed to be nasty - MT

Is this part of the rule book 101. be nasty to staff and get turn over so you can send the things to India? But I'm talking the smaller companies too that take overflow accounts. Or even regular companies that have nothing to do with the big 2 or India. I still can't figure out the benefit to doing illegal things such as micromanaging ICs, and also being ruthless to staff. I still cannot figure it. Most of we MTs just want to be quiet, do our job, and be productive. Everyone wins. Who wins when a manager constantly is out of hand.
