Several opinions and presumptions presented as facts in this screed I would say. No factoring in of huge pool of willing workers, shrinking employment opportunities due to technology, or much larger issue of corporations running our government now. The me-too and be fair, share entitlement attitude is just wishful thinking. Good luck. I agree conditions are dreadful in this industry but see a much wider set of circumstances causing it.
