I don't understand the mindset that MT is the only thing that you (collectively) can do. A work stoppage solves nothing. The services have other clients waiting in the wings to take on the overflow and the bottom line is that you are not going to get paid. I liked my MT job but I never loved and cherished it, I was an employee and they proved that I could be replaced. Jay has and always will represent the interests of management and if you get fired for walking off the job or stopping work for a day, he will emerge smelling like roses. You can change, but my I agree with the second poster, that it is time to move on.
