in droves right now turning to other jobs. With the low pay currently being offered, it's more beneficial to work outside and at least have benefits.
It's probably very difficult to find an EXPERIENCED AND GOOD MT right now.
There are plenty of newbs and limited MTs, even bad MTs available.
It's only going to get worse.
The motivated, qualified, experienced, hard-working MTs who have proven track records are also the same MTs who aren't afraid to seek another profession.
All that will be left are new MTs, bad MTs, lazy MTs, distracted MTs.
You get what you pay for, and this is the new norm for these companies.
