"No blanks" policy is "to improve quality, " says Nuance - Yeah, right. Posted: Dec 1st, 2017 - 8:43 pm
That "no blanks" policy is really to lower our pay to 3.5 cents a line, since not very many will be able to make it through a whole 8 hours without sending blanks in. Even the clients allow some blanks, so you are not fooling me (or anyone else) one bit.
What a clever way to increase your bottom line, Nuance, and get us to pay for your hack screwup this summer, as well as keep paying and paying while you stuff your greedy pockets with our money! You should have had the decency to be honest about it and say this was a pay cut to 3.5 cents a line. Your pay policy is just a sham. Your real pay policy is 3.5 to 4 cents a line depending on variables.
Is this the "new and exciting" latest thing?
