because so many (maybe most) of the questions could have been answered by the application of just a tiny bit of effort on the part of the questioner. If I can find it in less than 30 seconds, the person asking the question certainly could have done so as well.
Then there are the people who are clearly in over their heads who post question after question after question, many very basic to the specialty involved. Again, no research on the part of the questioner seems to have taken place. They sometimes come back day after day and seem to expect others to continue to do their work for them. Nope.
