just a rant..sorry - OldMT

Just a rant...there is a certain doctor on one of my accounts...his dictations come with special instructions:  "This doctor says mg for all medications when sometimes he means grams or mcg..please enter the correct choice for that medication and for that diagnosis...also confirm that his medications match the diagnoses given as this doctor often mispronounces medications such as ceftriaxone or ceftazidime ...match with the diagnosis and any patient information."   ???!!  so this doctor just got a few hundred dollars for this H and P and I got 4 cents a line for spending 30 minutes on a 30-line report...and if I leave blanks and send to QA, I get a note telling me that I am not following the Special Instructions"......I just got such a note...i.e., this rant..
