That is his/her job to dictate correctly. You are taking on too much liability to guess at what he means. I wouldn't be set up for inclusion into a malpractice lawsuit for three cents a line. Let QA fuss and fume. Let them guess, not you!! Or refuse to type his work. Does he produce that many reports?
