for anybody who might be interested. An often recommended dose for B6 for carpal tunnel is 100-200 mg, and as I said, my anecdotal experience is that I experienced problems at only 50 mg a day.
My info was merely a warning to be careful with B6, especially in terms of incredibly unexpected side effects (neuropathy from a supplement being used to treat neuropathy). My previous post wasn't intended to have a tone that justified the defensiveness of your reply at all. We all know how that goes with the Internet and written communication, though, in terms of perceptions vs. intentions.
I can't find anything about the Fred Fuhr study. Could you perhaps supply a link?
