that when SH is used with Chrome as a browser, due to an update, Chrome for some reason sees the "enter" key as a virus of sorts and disables it. I was experiencing the same thing, stopped using Chrome and went to Internet Explorer. Haven't had a problem since. Just a suggestion and still easier than IT. Hated IT.
