Been there abt 2 years and getting bad.... - CHMT

I was never out of work before and I always had a good mix of ST and VR and made my #s. Last week I was almost 4 hours short on work. NOT good. Yes, they are over hiring and YES they are changing a LOT over to VR that should be ST. NOW, when the majority of the acct is VR, the ST report is NOT paid as ST, but is VR with "compensation" added... Yeah 4 cpl, plus compensation/bonus is NOT 8 cpl at all. Time to think about something else for sure.
