It's a mix of both. Lack of work, horrible audio and on my accounts I have to enter 1 screen of pt. demos, another for the visit and a 3rd to find it on the schedule. They promise great bonuses for this and that and the other thing, including benefits, but I'll never make those numbers, at least not on my accounts. Was assigned 3 at first, then wanted more work got 3 more and was still out of work yesterday.
