I make sure that with every one I send I mark it urgent and I ask for a delivery and a read receipt. I have noticed that the read receipt is always from someone in India at some ungodly time of the night. I wonder if they then have to pass it on to someone who is in the US?! Who knows. Every answer I've gotten (a whole 2) have been canned "we're investigating" answers anyway, so I guess a monkey could have typed that.
