even indicate they were aware this could be a threat which makes it that much worse that they were caught with their pants down.

This mess is still far from being fixed and they are still vomiting propaganda that the media and healthcare interests seem to want to believe.

IMO since state of the art security takes time and money and Nuance's business model is cheap and fast they took a gamble and eventually lost. Instead of admitting their fault, they recoup losses on the backs of employees. This is what they do.
