I can't believe they are still around. This sounds vaguely familiar. When I worked there...they got an account but was not properly staffed for the workflow and tried everything to convince people to type on there..didn't work and they lost the account...now they are lapping up Nuance's crumbs and expecting people to do 3 reports 100% QA and they will hire you...oh man, they just want to get that backlog done...once you are hired though the atmosphere changes drastically...and nothing but angry, all capped/red ink emails. So glad I don't work there anymore...
