They did not ask when I would be available, they wanted exact hours and days and times. The company I work for now they respect the IC contract, they just asked me to give a "window" of times I would be available to work and the number of hours I could work. There is no punching of the clock. Just a window of times I can be there and the # of hours I can give.
Example: I say I am available between 12 and 8. And can work 5 hours. So that means anywhere in that 8 hour period I can work 5 hours. Make sense??
