You're acting like the problem is the schedule. It's not. The people who work overnight have had their pay decreased along with the rise in line counts. The hospital is unhappy with our quality I've learned from emails sent out and I guarantee it is because people are scrambling to meet their requirement. As for reaching out, that's a laugh. Nothing but rude responses or form letters.
