Start a notebook and have 2 columns...What was promised or contracted and what you did on that day. It adds up fast. It takes months for a claim to come to hearing, so file now and keep track of things...By the time you need to present your evidence, they will owe you a lot. When you file, estimate high on $$ lost. I would bet lunch that they do not opt to send attorneys all over the Country for these hearings and just settle for you to go away...At least that is my hope ;)
