It's insulting..... How do the OMs honestly think they can help each of us reach approximately 2400 combined lines a day, especially when the acct I'm on runs out of work several times a day? My fingers can't type faster than they do now. I also don't feel too bad for them because they are paid hourly so they don't have to worry about losing their insurance and PTO.
