I've been here almost 10 years, and they usually only have openings if they get new business. They treat their MTs very well, especially compared to other MTSOs, so MTs rarely leave. They know prospects of getting anything comparable is pretty bleak. I'm sorry, but it is a rare smaller MTSO that's been around over 20 years.
