Have you googled Allegis? I did, and found all sorts of positive information about them. I did some "verbatim"
transcription once transcribing air ambulance runs and had to do all the um's and uh's, and you get used to it quickly. If you have a word expander, that would make things go quickly.And I would think that new terminology could be quickly picked up, since these are conversations between ins. agents & clients.
