I plan to do it myself. A note to the hospital administrators, telling them how rude and lazy and inconsiderate their employees are and how they put patient safety ($$$) at risk with their careless, sloppy, lazy dictating habits that make us have to guess too many times, or make QA take a guess. I know they do it too.
I'm naming exact names and faults, emailing it to everyone so everyone knows who is a lazy slob. Maybe a little peer pressure, little public humiliation might do some good? How about an open Rant and Rave post on a very popular buy/sell site named after a man and his list?
What the heck, I'm throwing it to the winds. I'm losing my good job soon, sold out to N, so what do I care. I'll say what I please at the end and anybody who doesn't like it can take a good sweet kiss.
