I don't have the job yet, but was wondering if I was wasting my time and their time by just interviewing. I have decided to give it a shot. It will be in-house, their equipment, tons of bennies, and a schedule I can live with, but don't like. I am going to give it my best shot, but I strongly believe my age will play a huge role in whether I get it or not. My qualifications are not the problem, nor are my references. I know they can't say that, but its a fact, and we all know it.
