My production is not better either, and a lot of times it is worse than if I just had straight typing. I don't hate ASR, but when they rolled it out, they made it sound like mostly all we'd be doing is reading, didn't they?! If that's ALL we were doing, then maybe the pay thing would have made sense. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt anyway. But years later and we are still making edits throughout the majority of the reports we get, not to mention formatting, etc. And MModal has had more than enough time to do the right thing and put the pay rate back where it was.
