All these years and I have never understood - the point

of reporting 6 minutes of NJA. We do not get reimbursed for it, do we? For 6 minutes? I think it just alerts them to the fact that we have NJA. But it takes me forever to go back in to Teamwork and enter the 6 minutes and open a ticket and fill it out. Would be so much easier to just send an email to the HDSM saying I ran out of work, waited the required 6 minutes, and will take the rest of the day off or check for work throughout the day. Does anyone know the purpose of having us open these tickets?
