I clock out as soon as NJA, then back in when I get a job. If NJA for 6 minutes, then I put in a Remedy ticket and the 6 minutes for NJA. Then go wait for more work if I choose to - which is what I have doing for years! It seems to me that if you're logged into TW and Fluency with no work - isn't that inactive time or a time discrepancy or something!!!
