I really do not think it would be legal unless - it is a Nuance computer

In fact, if Nuance were habitually blocking their own employees - on said employees' personal computers not the company ones - from this particular site because they didn't like people complaining, wouldn't MT Stars have a problem with that? I mean, what about freedom of speech?

I just don't buy that Nuance would deliberately block any one employee from this one site just because they were participating in a little anonymous moaning. That is way too vindictive and ridiculous, even for Nuance.

After all, that would mean our opinions really DO matter, wouldn't it? Nah, I think we are just little gnats they ignore easily enough, they would NOT go to the trouble of elaborate programming/hacking for one site for one employee. It's easy enough on the Nuance computers, but not on our own private computers.

Have you personal experience with this? Because I have never on this board come across someone who has been banned FROM MT Stars who was not banned BY MT Stars.

When I had a Nuance computer this site was banned, yes, before you even went on it at all (nasty, small-minded Nuance). Yes, it would be possible perhaps, but Nuance is not the NSA and we are not Edward Snowden. To justify blocking a site, I think they would need a little more than just their customary vindictiveness and authoritarianism, but if anyone can speak from experience I will stand corrected.
