You must be on Crack! Many who area still sticking it out need to for whatever reason. I left and never looked back. I have an amazing job in the mortgage industry at a credit union, 13 paid holidays, 3 weeks pto/year, sick pay, and consistent paycheck. Stick with nuance as long as you want, but some day you'll end up like everyone else.
