PTO scheduled vs unscheduled - sm Posted: Jan 3rd, 2016 - 1:14 am
Has anybody found that it makes a difference or if they do anything if you have too much unscheduled PTO?
The reason I ask is that my TSA always puts my PTO as unscheduled, even if requested a couple weeks ahead of time. I always thought this was reserved for last minute requests or NJA. In any case, if it's really not a big deal to the bosses, I won't make a stink, but if they're keeping track for some nefarious purpose, then I'll have to send an email to set her straight.
