No way could I zoom through a report with the ESL doctors I get. And don't forget the horrible audio.
As far as not correcting expanded acronyms back to the acronym dictated by the doctor, that would earn me a 0.25 point error for every single instance (of course acronyms in the diagnosis must be expanded). As far as minor error or 2 slipping through, that is the stuff failing audits are made of. 2 minor "errors" and you fail!
