I used to replace my expensive headsets about once a year because they would end up with a bad wire. I invested in Bose about three or four years ago, and use them daily and the only thing I had to replace was the pads because of wear and tear and called Bose and they gave me a discount on the pads and were very easy to replace. I will never buy a different brand after my experience with Bose.
