Blanks - anon

Earlier this week, my TSM sent out an email about blanks.  Apparently the clients were complaining about too many blanks being left that are within the allowed parameters.  I like my TSM so I did not send her back a nasty response because I know the situation is not her fault.  However, I wonder what response the company expects.  If my pay will be docked significantly for getting a number wrong, or if I am not perfectly able to decide what exactly the doctor means as he stumples over his diagnosis, etc, then I will blank it.   I see no other alternative.
