That is what I thought too, until last week. - No blinders on anymore

I also was living in that ideal world of thinking I was just in a great POD where the HDSM didn't bother us with all this time baloney. I am a top producer in our POD, always work lots of OT, and have never heard a word about time problems, was recently given the title of ACE employee with a 3% raise. Last week I got an email from the HDSM with an attached spread sheet. My problem was working too much time off the clock. With all the OT I do, sometimes I sign on for a few minutes here and there and forget to clock in. It is not intentional and I wasn't out to defraud anyone. Actually since working OT, I was only really cheating myself. Most of the time I would try to fix my time when I noticed I had failed to clock in or out, but I didn't panic knowing it could be off. I figured I spend as much time on the clock not working as off the clock and working so it should really even out. Since I am paid by production, this really should not matter, although I do understand how it affects PTO rates. Anyhow, now I am in a panic every time my email dings that I am now getting called on the carpet for inactive time, since I am now conscientiously making sure I am signed in when I am working, but I don't clock out for a small break here or there, to run and fill up my water glass, etc.

Never say never, it will probably be your turn soon.

...and those spread sheets, talk about ridiculous. I cannot believe the details they are tracking. Quite frankly, it is mind boggling, and almost impossible to comprehend it all.
