committing time card fraud, subject to performance management, pay cut, and dismissal if we are not actively working for over 12.5 minutes combined through the entire 8-hour shift. That means during a report & between reports, before even downloading the next one. We are now timed & monitored for everything the entire shift. We basically are not ever allowed to let our hands stop working, much less stand up and stretch and walk around to prevent a DVT or pee. If this isn't a sweat shop mentality, I don't know what is. The most idiotic part is that we aren't even paid hourly, so all that matters is our end of shift line count. I wonder how long until the first DVT lawsuit.
