They will have to think WAY outside of their box. They are used to bricks-and-mortar types of places, so this would be a new environment for them. Still, they know the basics and would just have to adapt them to a virtual workplace.
Consider this - if you pursue this all the way (or if anyone pursues this) you would become a formal union organizer and may be eligible for federal job protections because of it. Ask them about it if/when you talk to them. Let us know how it goes if you do. Tell them also that the Massachusetts Attorney General is interested in this issue as well, that might get their attention. Let them know also that at Nuance we are at-will employees which might be a problem, but some creativity might solve that. Good luck!
