You are still entitled to your breaks. If you are not getting them, please file a claim with the Dept. of Labor. It is an easy process, and you probably have plenty of OOW time to fill out the forms. You will get a nice settlement out of it. It is pretty cut and dry that we are not receiving pay for the breaks mandated by law. I am currently in the process of doing this.
