No matter how often they try to shove this down our throats WE ARE NOT STUPID. This is NOT the industry standard. This is all because some places in the country have already imposed a $15/hr minimum wage, and they are worried it is going to eventually get there everywhere. They are trying to be proactive so they don't have to put out any money to match it. What they should do is pay us 0.06 cents per line and require a 250 minimum, but that would just be TOO fair for the MTs.
