Misunderstood it at first when you said "audio problem." Thought you meant something with the technical sound. I see now you meant that there's something wrong with whatever's heard and that it's not the MT's fault if the report has to be riddled with blanks. I had to leave so many blanks with this one dictator that it reminds me of that Bonnie and Clyde movie with all the gunshots at the end of movie leaving lots of holes including on the car. Yes, it's criminal to allow someone who barely enunciates as well as can barely pronunciate to dictate. The dictator are the ones who are responsible for speaking clearly.
