I don't want to share initials of new site because my ID needs to be top secret. There were a couple that were impossible to decipher, and I'm not kidding. I don't even know how this one particular(ESL) doctor communicates with their patients. Imagine having to ask the doctor to repeat himself 5 times in order to figure out what he's saying. However, as time goes on, there are more different doctors who aren't so bad.
