I know it has been several hours since you posted this question, but I don't see another answer, soo...

My first thought was percutaneous, or maybe intercutaneous, but doesn't fit with an "H" sound. There are more examples on this list:

Maybe the doc is saying no hair OR cutaneous lesions. If this is in reference to scoliosis, there can be tufts of hair on the back over the spine and cutaneous lesions. Maybe you're not hearing the OR. :)

I am pretty new and trying to figure out what this doctor might be saying. He is doing range of motion tests on a patient. He says "Back extension (s/l 50 or 15) degrees." Then he says "side bending (s/l 50 or 15) degrees." The patient has severe neck pain. I am not sure which value the doctor is saying. Any suggestions? ...

I got an email from HR today that my husband was 'accidentally' added back on my insurance. Note that he has not been on my insurance for almost a year. How this happened I have no idea. Is anyone getting work?? I am told there is plenty of work, but keep getting "no jobs available". If you are getting work, when do you get it?? I have flexed every way I know and still get no work. Just switched to Express Scribe and trying to figure out a setting. I have quite a few dictators where I just listen to the dictation and change a few words here and there. However, when I hit the foot pedal to fast forward through the report it will only fast forward for a few seconds and then it goes back to normal speed. Anyone know how to change the setting where it would continue to move in fast forward speed until I take my foot off the pedal. Any help is appreciated! ...
