Is TOXA correct?

The workup in question was done by an Infectiuos Disease doctor.

That is what I thought too since it - seems obvious, but...

... I have never heard it referred to as a "toxa workup" before.

He is 100% clear on the word "toxa" so maybe it's just his own personal abbreviation. I threw some quotation marks around it and sent it in.
