pulmonary triscupid focus left sternal border ??

How about... - Funch

"pulmonary and tricuspid foci" (the singular of focus)? I can just hear a slight "bid" under his breath after a pause from the other part of the word.

If he is referring to the pulmonary and tricuspid valves, they are both on the left sternal border.

Does that make sense?

I think it makes sense...nm - GT

Foci is the plural of focus. Focus is the singular form.

(Not the other way around.)
