Editscript - how to check my line count in Editscript?

I do not work for Nuance, but I do use Editscript at my job. I was checking my line counts yesterday and I wrote them down, then I checked again an hour later. The total lines had actually gone down, not up. I realize the lph will fluctuate, but the total lines typed for the day should not go down??? Has this happened to anyone before? Does anyone know if there is any difference in EditScript MT 9 and EditScript MT 9.12? If there is, how can we update this? It seems that my new place of employments line counting is not the same as my old place of employment. New employer has EditScript 9, while my old work had EditScript 9.12, and my line count was much more at my previous employer. Now it seems I can put out tons of work and see not much for lines... I think I'm being cheated out of lines but have no way of proving it. I just did a report, then quickly switched to Documanage to check those lines, and it showed nothing. What's that about?
