meaning if you are not performing up to standards or meeting expectations you will be subject to verbal warning, written warning and/or performance management. Either way, you should know what it is and that typically is the route they take BEFORE termination.

The person who posted last week about being terminated at least acknowledged that she had BOOST mentoring and that TSM informed her that her lines had been low, although she admitted to not realizing it because she was only paying attention to her stats that are sent out on a weekly basis.

Point being, she gave a more logical explanation for her termination than today's poster did. Not calling today's poster a liar, just wondering why she did not give a more clear reason for being let go nor did she make mention of having ever recieved warnings.

Also, I believe the so called list is probably what one of the other posters mentioned - Meaning that it was just a list of MTs who have either quit or been let go who had equipment that needed to be returned such as computers.

If you are going to target a group of MTs to be fired, you certainly would not keep a running list and the supposed operator would not be at liberty to divulge that kind of information.

It doesnt matter to me if it is true or not. I do my job, deposit my check and do the things I want to do. Wording on an ad is nothing to me.

I dont have a problem with respect. No one at MM has ever disrespected me.

Teamwork - I work alone, independently so dont have an issue with teamwork.

Customer focus - I would say they are doing fairly well with that; they have a pretty good size clientele and I for one strive to do my best to keep clients on my account happy.

Integrity - Not real sure about the ethics part after reading about the recent terminations, but of course there are two sides to every story and then the truth. As for me, I have had no problems with the integrity part either.

Accountability - I accept responsibility for my work and actions and produce the best quality reports I possibly can and I am reliable in that I work my schedule and exceed the minimum line counts.

So how is it working for me? I would say pretty darn good.

I am sure this post was not intended maliciously at ALL! Need to put a muzzle on all of that oversensitivity. Any fool can see it was lifted directly from the job ads that they run on MTJobs. It's the same one all the time! As for me, well, I've been working for them for almost a month now, so I guess maybe too soon to tell, but all my equipment was furnished, I started getting direct deposit almost from day one, nobody calls and bugs me about what I am doing, the work is kind of slow but I have 2 other accounts so I just go over to them when I run out and keep watching my screen for another job to load. But I'll keep you posted when my 90 days are up...THEN we will see. Put it this way though, if this were my only job, I'd be living in a refrigerator box.

Seems to me that over the years, we have had a few episodes of "no work" and then posters stating that they are leaving or going to school, but how do you have any idea who is still here complaining or if these are all new people complaining?

If you have any sense about you, you would realize that work was shifted overseas leaving people without enough work to get their hours in. How could anyone be happy about that? Just hearing it scares the bejesus out of me. But all you do is criticize those poor people. What is the matter with you?

I know this b/c I specifically could not find a doctors name in the database for one particular job and I blanked it, wrote it down so I would remember the job number and what I blanked and when my corrections came through today, that name was filled in as if I put it there, there was no blank no more with a correction that I put in the incorrect name.  I know that I blanked it.  This is rediculous!!!  I can't wait to find another job!  ...
