Does MModal have copay insurance

I'm on single insurance and up until now have never used up the $500- definity HRA yearly amount. I just got some mildly abnormal blood counts, and my Dr is requesting some expensive tests. Do you think if MModal suspects you might be developing an expensive medical condition they might terminate you? Does anyone who requires more than routine medial care still work for them? I am new to MModal. I was excited about the price of our insurance until I learned that every single doctor/specialist that my family sees does not take the insurance. My physician of 20+ years, my 2 daughter's physician, my daughter's counselor, and 2 of my daughter's specialists do not take the insurance. Yes, they have co-pay appointments. Not sure - about..see msg

Copays do not figure into your deductible. Just pay the - required copay and that is it.
