Geez... have some manners.

Manners???? - ET

Ya know, I see this a lot, does the anonymity of the internet give you license to show your own lack of manners. If you couldn't answer her question, why even post a reply? Better yet, why not send a private email... yes, I can...can you?..was just mean, better left unsaid. And yes, this should have been a private email as well, but sadly, you are not the only one that acts like this. This message is for more than 1
Why email. That is part of MT problem. Arent open with each other, - willing to talk conditions, platforms SM

, policies and yes, even money. MTSO counts on our collective silence and isolation to help her take advantage of us.

Why on earth would I e-mail a person who posts on a chat board?

I answered the OP question, that I could access DocQmanage and informed them if they could not, to contact support.

The comment about manners came up because of the CAPITALIZATION used in their post after getting frustrated that a whopping 20 people saw it and did not respond.

Give your tongue lashing to someone else! If you want to e-mail that person, go right ahead but do not attempt to lesson me on how to post properly on this board!
I couldn't agree more - sm

I absolutely agree that if you cannot or will not answer someone's question, then there is no need to reply at all. I think many of these people on here are just so miserable that they look for any excuse to lash out at somebody. I'm also willing to bet that many of them would not speak like that to a person's face. Sad, really.
so to question you - a little

How come the 2 complaining about not answering the post, DID NOT ANSWER THE POST???

Thats a thinker!
Speaking for myself, I didn't have anything constructive to say and have been off for 4 days - Manners

My reply was not to CAPITALIZATION. I always have to ask.....is CAPITALIZATION any louder than capitalization????? If so, you have been swayed by the suggestion that it is. Personally, I couldn't hear either one, and my older eyes are grateful for the CAPS at times. Make it a great day everyone! Flame on

The reason I ask is many dont seem to know how they are paid. Really - paid, not just going on what someone SM

[ In Reply To ..]
told you. Many seemed surprised at tax time. So I was wondering if some, probably MTs, couldnt access Documanage where all this info is located.

? - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
I'm sorry, I really don't understand what you are saying. Where on Documanage is all this information located? I don't see anything regarding my pay on there. I can access my line counts there but not my pay. Maybe I am missing something. I use my check stubs to review my pay and taxes and stuff like that.

Instead of run daily summary ct, on report type pull - down menu, click detail. Then run SM

[ In Reply To ..]
report. That will show you each individual job. Click on a job. On job view pull down menu click count log file (payroll). That is the document that shows pay info at bottom.
detail - sm
[ In Reply To ..]
Oh, I know that. I guess I am confused about your post. You mentioned are confused on how they are paid. Thought you meant all the details of our checks such as line counts, bonuses, PT time, how much taxes taken out, etc.

Editors especially should check this and see the document - they are paid from.

Documanage Serious Delay

For TT/MT/Editors:
Feb 21, 2015

The day we suddenly ran out of work in early February was when another MTSO got the account.  For my fellow MTs who are suffering from no work from that account, you can go to TTS, who is still hiring for it. Line rate for employees .01 cent less than TT but they pay headers, which TT did not.  You can make the same (.01 cent more if you decide to be an IC rather than employee).   I hope this info can help some who need the work and no longer have it.  Doubt IMEDX will ever g ...

Editors? How Long Did It Take You?
Apr 07, 2011

I've been an MT for many years but I am new to SR editing and I am feeling kind of incompetent.  Today it took me 45 minutes to edit 1 note which was 57 lines long   I've worked for 5 hours today so far and I have 500 lines.  For any MTs out there who switched over to editing, how long did it take you to get up to speed with it and earning a decent hourly wage?  For the experienced editors, about how many lines do you edit per hour? I do like the com ...

I Think We May Be Secure The Need For Editors.
Jan 04, 2013

I'm back to editing after a few years away from it and can't believe how bad the software still is. The company I worked for 3 years ago used better software and the drafts were not that bad. Now I'm with a different company using not the best editing software. Not sure what the docs are using, but the VR really does a bad job, even with very good dictators. On words it doesn't understand it ignores them and then picks up when it understands it again. The errors it is makin ...

Editors Expected To ..... ?
Apr 13, 2013

I started a new client for an MTSO recently. One ESL dictator's H&Ps are so out of order they require a ton of reformatting. This is the order he dictated: History of Present Illness, Past Medical History, Chief Complaint, Plan, PE, Review of Systems, Assessment/Plan. The template has to have formatting changed (bold headings and point size), the guy is very difficult to understand, does not use proper grammar and needs most sentences restructured. He slurs through the Review of Systems ...

Voice Recognition Editors Pay Rates
Sep 04, 2011

Access To Old Reports
Mar 05, 2010

I got an email yesterday stating that we would have access to old reports the way that QA does so we can look back to a specific patient's history to find something that might help us fill in blanks.   This is supposed to be in effect today. So I followed the instructions I got in the email, but I just can't figure out what it means.  I seems like it is just to print out instructions on how to do this, but I can't seem to find where we actually pull this informatio ...
