Am I being pecked to death or do I need to leave the MT world? - broken

I am beginning to think that everything I know is absolutely wrong! I failed my audit, which is only the 2nd time in my 12 years here that I actually had an audit.
I am being marked wrong for things like eponyms, which in BOS 2 is acceptable to use, but preferred to drop the 's, but is still acceptable. Also, for not numbering the diagnosis section even thought it was dictated in paragraph form.
Is everyone being marked for stuff like this?
I have a second job where I get monthly audits and in 2 years have not gone below 99%.
I feel very picked on by the Q and when I ask a question about things as such, the next report looked at is ripped to shreds. Another error I was just informed about was "you must add ALL CC's" but the client profile says "do not add cc for dictator or dictated for."
Oh my goodness. I know that I am far from perfect. I know that ASR, after about 4 hours, is very hard for me as the words all blur together.
Please tell me is this my warning sign to leave this field, or just leave this job? I feel like I am in a battle with a teenager and nothing I do is right!

The client's preferences supersedes whatever is in the BOS - so go with whatever the account specs say.

[ In Reply To ..]Please do not listen to the negative input here. Almost all accounts have more than 1 QA/MME. They do not huddle together and agree to pick you apart! I think some of these people have paranoia! If you feel the corrections are not necessary or are wrong, just talk to your CCM. There is no conspiracy. Most QA/MME do not even know each other, and the CCM would never tell anyone to pick you to the point of distraction.
