She hired me last week and then very rudely fired me before I even had a chance to start. I saw their ad for a Radiology MT, sent in my resume, and she contacted me the same day. I was available for the hours she was looking for and was excited for the opportunity, since she pays very well. If anyone out there is considering working for RADTRANS, all I can say is run away as fast as you can. The owner of the company has no idea how to train people. Yesterday, (my first day of training) I called her and she was crying because she had so much work and was so stressed out. We only have 3.?? hours every pay period of PTO until after 4 years with the company. I was off last week and for each day for PTO I indicated 7 hours per day. This will give me 1 extra day of PTO over the year at 7 hours pay. I do not know if that is allowed, they may require us to indicate 8 if we took the whole day off. Will see what happens about that. FT IC Radiology Per minute 0.95 per minute until out of QA 1.05 per minute following release from QA 600 minute minimum per pay period. Above 120 minutes = 1 and 1/2 x 1.05 per minute I have over 15 years of experience.
