Besides MM, what other companies use Fluency (DocQScribe?) - Hope this is the appropriate board.

I really think I might need to take on a second part-time job, but I thought it might be ideal to try a place that uses the same software I am used to at MM.
Any ideas?

OK, I see Precyse seems to use it from looking at another - subboard. Any other ideas still appreciated.

Kinda agree w/you. But, it's the VR *WITHIN* Fluency that's horrible. - Fluency itself is pretty damn good, I think.
[ In Reply To ..]I think actually the software/platform itself is good. I like a lot of the features within it. For one, I like the fact that QA feedback and line count are streamlined into it. For two, the fact that all recent reports are available by dictator/patient is a complete lifesaver to me.
But you are correct, the ASR within is dreadful. A laughingstock if you will. Below par. Shabby. Badly executed, etc., usw.

My account is in the process of switching platforms. The new platform will be DocQscribe, now called Fluency. Does anyone know if copying and pasting from MS Word to DocQscribe/Fluency is an option? My company is switching from straight transcription on DQS to ASR on DQS. I've used DQS for two years and didn't even know they had ASR, but apparently they do. Could any of you with experience on this please give me your opinions of the DQS ASR platform? I'm just not sure I want to go through training if I won't want to stay with this company. My account was switched over 5 weeks ago and truthfully I don't see improvement. One day I think maybe it is getting better and the next day it's worse. It doesn't cap what should be and does cap things that shouldn't. It has probably 50 different things it uses for "next" or "next is." It puts q.h.s. one time and at bedtime the next.
